Technology and Our Changing World!

At Plymouth South High School, we are fortunate to have gone through a major technology renovation project.  All classrooms in our building are equipped with Eno boards, projectors, Bose speakers, and a fabulous media master system.  Teachers are working diligently to incorporate technology into lessons and courses throughout the building.  These classrooms model the new classrooms that will be in place at the NEW Plymouth North which opens September 2012.

While our classrooms are now on the cutting edge, it is important that we work to educate parents and ourselves on the issues and safety concerns that arise for our students in this ever changing technological age.  Below is a link I encourage parents to review.  It addresses safety measures and guidelines in regards to Facebook.

In closing, we hope to grow with the student body in their exploration of technology and prepare them for life after high school. However I encourage parents to remind students about overall safety in regards to technology and the internet!
